Stickhandling & Shooting
Our Stickhandling & Shooting Program is designed to help players become more confident, creative, and dangerous with the puck in all offensive situations.
This program focuses on developing elite puck control and goal-scoring ability through high-tempo, game-realistic drills. Players will improve their hands in tight spaces, learn to handle the puck at top speed, and develop a quicker, more accurate release.
Athletes will work on:

Advanced stickhandling skills and puck control

Handling the puck under pressure and in traffic

Creating time and space through deception and body positioning

Shooting mechanics including wrist shots, snap shots, and quick releases

Accuracy, power, and scoring in motion
Each session is designed to translate directly into game performance, helping players become more confident with the puck and more effective offensive threats. In our all-girls environment, athletes are encouraged to be creative, take risks, and build the confidence to execute plays at speed
