Our Surge Girls Only Skills & Edges Program is designed to help athletes build a strong skating foundation while developing the confidence and control needed to excel in today’s game.
This program focuses on edge work, balance, agility, and efficient skating mechanics—key elements that allow players to move quicker, change direction with ease, and stay strong on the puck. Athletes will be challenged through high-tempo, progressive drills that emphasize proper technique, body positioning, and power generation.
Players will work on forward and backward edge control, tight turns, transitions, crossovers, and overall skating efficiency—while integrating puck control to ensure skills translate directly into game situations.
