Develop confidence on the blue line while building the skating, positioning, and puck-moving skills every defence player needs to succeed. In this fun, positive girls-only environment, our experienced coaches focus on skating, gap control, angling, defensive positioning, puck retrievals, breakout passes, and offensive play from the point through engaging, age-appropriate drills that build confidence and game awareness.
Ages 8–12: Development focused on defensive skating, gap control, puck retrievals, breakouts, offensive zone play, and game decision-making to prepare players for the next level.
