Battle & Compete

Girls-Only Battle & Compete Hockey Development

Hockey is a game of skill, speed, and compete level. The Surge Girls Battle & Compete Program is designed to help athletes become harder to play against by developing the habits, mindset, and confidence needed to win puck battles, protect possession, and compete in every area of the ice.

This high-intensity girls-only program focuses on the physical and mental side of the game through game-realistic drills, small-area competitions, and battle situations that challenge players to work, compete, and execute under pressure.

Whether you're fighting for loose pucks, protecting possession along the boards, battling in front of the net, or competing in tight spaces, this program will help players elevate their compete level and become more effective in game situations.
